Dr. Anjali
An independent doctor running a functional-medicine practice.
We built pages around the real questions patients ask before booking, set up Search Console (the free Google tool that shows what people searched before they landed on the site) so we could see which searches to win, and made sure every account was created in Dr. Anjali’s own name.

Where they started
Strong word-of-mouth, but almost invisible in search: the people looking online for exactly this kind of care were finding larger clinics first. There was little on the site that answered the questions patients actually type into Google, and no way to see which searches were being missed.
What we did, in the order we did it
-
Restructured the site around what patients search.
Condition and protocol pages instead of service categories, each answering the question a patient types before booking.
-
Search Console set up, in her name.
So the searches being missed are visible, and the next pages are chosen from data rather than guesses.
-
A triage flow instead of a plain contact form.
The enquiry that reaches the practice arrives with the context it needs, already qualified.
Where it landed
Patients now land on the page that answers the question they searched, and the enquiry that reaches the practice arrives already qualified.
No figure is published here until it has a date range behind it. The change is described instead of invented.
What Dr. Anjali owns
Everything. The website and domain, the Google Business Profile, analytics and Search Console, and every page we wrote, all set up in the practice's own name from day one. If we ever part ways, nothing is handed back, because nothing was ever ours.
The work drew on

← All our workWant work like this for your practice?
Start with the free practice audit. We run the searches your patients run, put your clinic beside the two that outrank you, and tell you plainly what the gap costs and what to fix first. No obligation, no sales pitch, and you can act on it yourself if you'd rather.
- Your website. Speed, how it reads on a phone, and whether it moves anyone toward enquiring.
- Your Google listing. Whether it's claimed, filled in, and bringing you nearby customers.
- Your search visibility. What you show up for, and who you're losing to.
- A plain-English plan. What to fix first, in order, yours to keep either way.
