Does working from India change anything?

We’re in Bangalore, India. Everything we work on is online: your website, your Google listing, and your Google Ads and Analytics accounts. Only two things change: our call hours and how you pay.

Calls Monday to Saturday, up to 1:30pm Central. That’s 2:30pm Eastern and 11:30am Pacific. We don’t have a US phone number yet, so you pick a time on our calendar, shown in your own time zone.

Email answered the same day. Aditya reads your email himself. The practice audit comes by email in about two business days.

We never need to be in your office. Every account is in your name from day one. You give us access, and you can take it away any time. If we stop working together, nothing has to move.

8 years working with US buyers. Aditya spent two of them at Edureka as a Product Manager, selling courses to US buyers. In December 2020 he joined the founding team at Hiration, a Y Combinator company, where he became Head of Growth and Retention. There he sold to US universities and ran the company’s booth at two US trade shows: MPACE in Las Vegas and MBA CSEA in Denver.

Invoiced in US dollars. We invoice you every month in US dollars, and you pay by international bank transfer. Every price is on the pricing page.

Aditya Kaushal plans the work for your practice and does it. With him: a UX designer, an engineer and an SEO lead. Each has 10+ years of experience. He’s on your calls and answers your email. You won’t be handed to an account manager after the first call.

The practice audit

We compare you with the top three practices near you on Google: your spot on Google Maps, your reviews and your website. We also estimate what you may be losing each month. It arrives by email.

A plan and a price

We tell you what to fix first and which plan fits, at the price on our pricing page. We can talk it through on a call if you like.

The first month

We check your Google accounts or set them up in your name. We set up Google Analytics and Search Console, which show how many people visit your website and what they searched to find it. Then we write down your starting numbers.

Every month after

We do the work in your plan, like new treatment pages and answering reviews. Each month you get a one-page report. What the report shows on each plan.

Patient information and HIPAA

Patient information stays in your own systems: forms and booking are set up in your accounts. If our work ever needs to touch patient information, we sign a business associate agreement (BAA) with you first.

Can I see your work?

Yes. Our three case studies are from India, where we are. The Tooth Corner and Tooth District are dental practices in Bangalore. Dr. Anjali Hooda is a functional medicine doctor in Delhi. Each case study shows the problem, what we did and the results, with a link to the live site and a date on every number.
